We are not responsible for any broken or damaged product; we protect all the products with special covers.

In case of any expired product being delivered, we will send a new product as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for mishandled products at USPS; we save pictures of each package delivered at USPS facility to ensure its status.

Do not open the Hot Sauce bottle if it was exposed to low temperature during the shipping process, please wait some time until the bottle reaches at least 50 degrees. The bottle neck could break if opened below recommended temperature for the first time.

​We are not responsible for an incorrect address provided at the checkout, we cannot change or modify the shipping address once the product is delivered at USPS facilities.
